In 2008 I was a student working a summer season in Corfu. One night at a beach club, someone said something I never forgot: "We're good — but we're not Ibiza." That curiosity stayed with me all winter.
In 2009 I landed in Ibiza with €100 in my pocket and one suitcase of clothes. No plan, no contacts. I started where everyone starts — flipping burgers, waiting tables, running shifts, eventually managing catering operations.
For seven years I built a career in hospitality. But by 2016 something was wrong. The hours bled into 5 AM. Truck after truck of supplies. Somewhere in the noise I'd lost the reason I'd come to this island in the first place.
So I did the only thing that made sense. A complete 360° turn. I went back to study, earned all my professional charter captain licenses, and started over — this time on the water, where I'd always wanted to be.
I worked freelance for most of the big charter companies in Ibiza. And I noticed the same problem everywhere: clients were treated like numbers. No personal touch. No real care. Just transactions on a beautiful sea.
All I ever wanted was for clients to just enjoy Ibiza — no problems, no friction, a holiday they'd deserved. To make the boat day the highlight of their entire trip. That's where the name was born.
With savings and a bank loan, I started my own company. Bit by bit, year by year, client by client, we grew into what you see today. I'm 38 now, still spend most days on the water, and I still know every guest's name before they step on board.
