Ibiza Boat Booking FAQs

The easiest way is via WhatsApp: tell us your date, group size and preferred boat type, and we'll confirm availability within 15 minutes. You can also fill in our contact form and we'll reply by email.
We recommend at least 48 hours in advance. In July and August, popular boats can book out 1–2 weeks ahead, especially weekends. For last-minute requests, WhatsApp us and we'll do our best.
We just need: your date, number of guests, preferred trip type (full day, half day, sunset, Formentera), and your budget range. We'll recommend the best boat and send you a quote.
Yes, we ask for a 30% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is paid on the day of the charter, before boarding.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure — full deposit refunded. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit. In case of bad weather, we reschedule or refund in full.
